We are looking for a highly driven Growth Hacker who can build scalable growth engines, generate qualified leads, and create predictable revenue pipelines without relying heavily on paid advertising.
Role Overview
As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, lead generation, customer activation, and revenue growth for Xreach.
You'll experiment across channels, build outbound systems, create viral campaigns, optimize funnels, and leverage AI tools to scale growth efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a founder, executes like a marketer, and analyzes like a data scientist.
