We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Telecaller Agents to connect with customers, promote our events, and convert inquiries into successful registrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain BeastDrive events, packages, offers, and the registration process.
- Generate interest and convert leads into confirmed registrations.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve objections effectively.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/call logs.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must be fluent in both English and Hindi.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,519.42 - ₹20,000.00 per month
