Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final inspection of sheet metal components.
- Inspect powder coating quality, coating thickness, and surface finish as per standards.
- Handle inspection instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Coating Thickness Gauge.
- Ensure proper material identification, handling, and traceability.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records accurately.
- Identify quality defects and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
- Read engineering drawings and verify product dimensions and specifications.
- Follow 5S, safety, and quality procedures while working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
