Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in batch preparation, mixing, and monitoring of production processes.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate documentation.
- Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure product consistency.
- Maintain safety standards and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support senior chemists and supervisors in achieving production targets.
- Report deviations, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow Good Documentation Practices
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines (FDA, etc.).
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic, Inorganic, Analytical, or Industrial Chemistry).
- Experience: 0–3 years (freshers encouraged to apply).
- Willingness to work in shift operations.
