Sales Manager – Break Bulk & ODC
Location: Chembur East
We are looking for a high-energy and result-driven professional with a passion for moving the “unmovable” to join and develop our Project Cargo Division.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Break Bulk, ODC (Over Dimensional Cargo), and Project Logistics sales, along with a solid network across vessel owners, shipping lines, direct shippers, manufacturers, and EPC companies throughout India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the Project Cargo / Break Bulk business across India
- Generate new business opportunities with direct shippers, EXIM clients, manufacturers, and EPC companies
- Build strong relationships with vessel owners, shipping lines, and project cargo partners
- Lead negotiations for project shipments, chartering, and specialized logistics solutions
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Prepare client presentations, commercial proposals, and project solutions
- Coordinate closely with operations and overseas partners for successful project execution
- Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Break Bulk / ODC / Project Cargo sales
- Strong active client base and industry connections
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent rapport with vessel owners and shipping lines
- Strong understanding of EXIM and project logistics operations
- Self-motivated, aggressive in sales, and target-oriented
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
