About the Role
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in brand identity design to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, concept-driven, and passionate about crafting visual identities that are strategic, consistent, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop complete brand identity systems including logos, visual language, typography, colour palettes, and brand guidelines.
- Create branding deliverables such as packaging, stationery, marketing collaterals, digital assets, and presentation decks.
- Collaborate with strategists, writers, and account managers to translate brand strategy into compelling visual design.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all design outputs.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.
- Work on multiple projects and deliver high-quality output within timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a branding or creative agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity projects (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and design systems.
- Ability to develop concept-driven design solutions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Good to Have
- Experience in packaging design.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or UI basics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
