Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in:
Housekeeping Operations
Customer Relations
Customer Service Excellence
Grooming & Professional Etiquette
Corporate & Facility Hospitality
Develop training modules, lesson plans, and assessment materials.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exposure.
Evaluate trainee performance through tests and practical assessments.
Mentor and guide trainees for placement readiness.
Conduct soft skills and personality development sessions.
Ensure training standards align with industry requirements.
Coordinate with operations and HR teams for workforce deployment.
Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
3–5 years of industry experience in hospitality operations.
Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards and front office procedures.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Leadership ability and mentoring mindset.
