Required Skills & Qualifications:

Extensive experience (8+ years) working with VMware technologies such as vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and Aria Suite in a production environment.
Strong knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and experience in deploying and managing full-stack solutions on VCF.
Technical proficiency with virtualization, cloud technologies, and enterprise infrastructure components.
Experience with automation and orchestration tools such as VMware Aria Suite, Ansible, PowerShell, or Python.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong customer-facing communication skills , including the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
VMware Certifications such as VCP, VCAP, or VCDX are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, including VMware on AWS (VMware Cloud on AWS). Google, Azure or other cloud providers.
Understanding of networking, storage, and security concepts, particularly in VMware environments.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools.
VMware Cloud Foundation (mandatory skill)
