Job description:
Location: In-person – 3rd Floor, A-27, Block A, Noida Sector 3, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Open to Freshers
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and recovery.
Negotiate and establish repayment terms while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Track and monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely payment updates.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, payments, and resolutions.
Resolve disputes and discrepancies in coordination with internal teams.
Prepare regular reports on recovery progress and delinquency trends.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Collection Executive or in a Voice Process role (preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Hindi, English, and knowledge of Tamil/Telugu is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
