Qualification & Experience
- B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical)
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in production operations
Key Responsibilities
- Production planning and execution
- Budget planning and cost control
- Supervise factory staff and contractors and maintain discipline
- Develop and implement SOPs for plant operations
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations
- Implement new projects related to machinery and plant operations
