Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Indoor Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you will operate strictly in-house, managing customer interactions remotely through outbound calls, emails, and video conferences. You will build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, identify customer requirements, and pitch tailored solutions to close contracts and meet established revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Prospect and source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling and email campaigns.
- Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries and webchat requests.
- Consultative Selling: Contact prospects to understand their unique pain points and match them with appropriate product solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging digital demonstrations and product presentations via online portals.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing packages, contract terms, and discounts within designated corporate parameters to finalize deals.
Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive writing capabilities.
- Negotiation: Proven capacity to handle client objections and confidently close commercial transactions.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in navigating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and virtual meeting tools.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize leads, log activity data, and follow up regularly.
- Pipeline Management: Track and update all prospect interactions, lead statuses, and transaction details within the corporate CRM system.
- Account Retention: Maintain post-sale communication with existing customers to foster loyalty, ensure satisfaction, and capture upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
