Jital Solutions is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage the overall HR operations at our Dhar location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Oversee performance management and appraisal processes
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace culture
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
- Support management in workforce planning and manpower budgeting
- Monitor discipline, code of conduct, and workplace safety standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, MBA (HR) preferred
- Minimum 4–8 years of HR experience
- Experience in manufacturing or agricultural industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage plant/site HR operations
