Key Responsibilities
Accounts
- Enter purchase and sales invoices in Tally/Zoho Books.
- Maintain customer & supplier ledgers.
- Record receipts and payments.
- Perform weekly bank reconciliation.
Inventory
- Maintain raw material & finished goods stock records.
- Update stock receipts, issues, and production.
- Conduct monthly physical stock verification.
- Report stock variances above 2%.
Daily Tasks
- Update sales & purchase entries.
- Record receipts, payments, and inventory transactions.
- Complete ledger postings.
- Submit daily summary report.
Weekly Tasks
- Bank reconciliation.
- Debtor & creditor review.
- Stock verification.
- Submit weekly Accounts & Inventory report.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
