About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented International Sales professional to drive business growth in the US market. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in sales, business development, customer relationship management, and export operations. Experience in the Grains, Rice, Food Commodities, or Agri-products industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1.Business Development
- Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities with international customers, particularly in the US market.
- Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Drive sales growth in terms of volume and revenue.
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts to achieve business objectives.
2.Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product and service solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
3.Commercial Management
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts with customers focusing on pricing, margins, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and maximize profitability.
4.End to End Order Management
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from booking to final delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments for production planning, packaging, logistics, and shipment execution.
- Ensure timely dispatch and successful order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve any operational issues
5.Export Documentation & Complaince
- Handle export documentation including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, certificates, and other shipping documents.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, international trade regulations, and certification standards.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and freight forwarders for smooth shipment execution.
6.Cross Functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure seamless communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive timely execution of orders and customer commitments.
7.Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and order tracking systems.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business performance reports.
- Utilize Excel and other reporting tools for sales analysis, planning, and performance monitoring.
8.Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer demand, and pricing dynamics.
- Gather and share market insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Identify emerging opportunities and recommend business expansion strategies.
Requirements
- MBA/Graduate in Business, International Trade, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Technology, or related discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience in International Sales and Business Development.
- Strong exposure to the US market is mandatory.
- Experience in Rice, Grains, Food Commodities, FMCG, or Agri-Export industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of international trade practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and sales analytics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
