- Supervise day-to-day site activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings &quality standards
- Manage labor and cooordinate with contractors
- Monitor material usage &site safety ☑ Report progress to project manager
- Tracking inventory, ordering building supplies as needed, and minimizing material wastage on-site.
- Supervising and motivating workers, resolving on-site conflicts, and providing on-the-job training for new staff
Requirements:
- Experience in residential/ commercial construction Good knowledge of site execution and drawings
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
