We are seeking a high-performing Senior Telecaller to drive client acquisition and build strong relationships for our wealth management firm. You will engage high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail clients, introducing them to our premium financial consulting services, investment products, and portfolio management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to cold and warm leads to identify high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) seeking investment advice.
- Prompt Follow-Up: Maintain a strict, disciplined follow-up schedule with prospective clients to build trust and advance them through the sales funnel.
- Client Profiling: Assess prospective clients' financial goals, current portfolios, and risk appetites to qualify leads accurately.
- Appointment Setting: Secure and schedule high-value introductory meetings for senior wealth advisors and portfolio managers.
- CRM Tracking: Log all call details, lead statuses, and scheduled follow-up dates meticulously into the CRM software.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior telecallers on pitching techniques, objection handling, and financial product knowledge.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Relevant industry experience will be preferred.
- Education: Should be from commerce background like Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Attributes: Target-driven mindset, high emotional intelligence, and resilience in handling rejection.
