Marketing Manager – Home Appliances & Kitchen Appliances

Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales growth, and strengthen market presence for Home Appliance and Kitchen Appliance products. The role involves product marketing, brand management, market research, dealer engagement, digital marketing, promotional campaigns, and coordination with sales teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Formulate product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Product Marketing
- Plan and execute product launches for new home and kitchen appliance products.
- Develop product brochures, catalogs, POS materials, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with product development teams to understand product features and benefits.
Brand Management
- Strengthen brand awareness and market presence across target markets.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Manage advertising, media campaigns, and promotional activities.
Dealer & Channel Marketing
- Design and implement dealer engagement and trade marketing programs.
- Support distributors and dealers with promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
- Organize dealer meets, retailer events, and product demonstrations.
Digital Marketing
- Manage website, social media platforms, online advertising, and e-commerce promotions.
- Execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, influencer marketing, and content marketing campaigns.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and optimize ROI.
Market Research & Customer Insights
- Conduct customer surveys and competitor benchmarking.
- Analyze consumer buying behavior and market demand.
- Provide recommendations for product improvements and new product opportunities.
Event & Exhibition Management
- Plan and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and product launch events.
- Coordinate marketing activities with external agencies and vendors.
Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop sales promotion schemes and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Generate leads and support business development initiatives.
Qualification
- MBA in Marketing / PGDM (Marketing) preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Consumer Durables, Electrical Appliances, or FMCG sectors.
