Management Trainee will focus on procuring non-product-related goods and services for the organization, such as office supplies, IT equipment, and professional services. This role is designed to provide broad exposure to procurement strategies and vendor management for indirect goods and services. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing indirect goods and services, such as office supplies, IT infrastructure, and professional services. Help evaluate supplier proposals and manage relationships with vendors. Assist in developing and maintaining contracts and agreements with suppliers. Track spending against budgets and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill their procurement needs. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations. Support supplier performance management, including evaluating quality and delivery. Assiting in Automation. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / B.Pharm, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software. Analytical mindset with a focus on cost optimization.
