Job Requirements
- RFQ Management – Summary preparation, Quote track, on time quote submission, win-loss analysis.
- Floating of RFQs for RM, BOI, Sub-contract & SPL process
- Sourcing of suppliers/vendors.
- Working with customer for techno-commercial clarifications.
- Working with a costing team and cross functional team to respond to the RFQs.
- Quote review with Account Manager/HOD for price finalization.
- Exploring the new business opportunities.
- Debtor management.
- PO/contract review.
- Conduct Gate review for new awards.
- Track FA delivery and acquire serial orders.
- Responsible for analysing quote vs actual.
- QMS, safety & 5S compliance.
- Responsible for tracking customer returns, RMA, Credit notes, NDA status tracking (supplier & customer) – originals submission to repository, LTA status update.
Work Experience
BE Mechanical with 3 to 7 years of Experience
