Job Summary
Shilton Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the organization's technology infrastructure across hotels, restaurants, and corporate offices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, maintaining network security, supporting hospitality applications, and leading IT projects that enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day IT operations across all hotel properties and corporate offices.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all hardware, software, servers, networks, and internet connectivity.
- Administer and support hospitality applications, including POS systems, Property Management Systems (PMS), ERP, and payroll software.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, CCTV systems, IP phones, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, VPNs, firewalls, and data security.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices, antivirus protection, data backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors for AMC management, software licensing, and IT procurement.
- Manage email systems, Microsoft Office 365/Google Workspace, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades and technology enhancement projects.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, software licenses, and warranty records.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and data protection guidelines.
- Prepare IT budgets, monitor expenses, and recommend cost-effective technology solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to employees across departments.
- Be available to support critical IT issues during operational hours and emergencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, AWS, ITIL, or Cybersecurity certifications are an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support.
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience preferred.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
