About the role:
A2G Lifecare is a fast-growing D2C fitness supplement brand in Bangalore. We are hiring a Post-Sales Executive to own our repeat purchase funnel - calling warm existing customers, building long-term relationships, driving reorders, and maximising LTV per customer.
These are NOT cold leads. Every customer you call has already bought from A2G. Your job is to deepen that relationship and turn one-time buyers into loyal repeat customers.
What you will do:
- Call existing customers in the 25–90 day post-purchase window via WhatsApp and phone
- Build genuine relationships, understand their fitness journey, and drive reorders naturally
- Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer goals and current usage
- Collect and log feedback from every customer interaction in the CRM
- Maintain clean follow-up records and hit monthly order and sales targets
Compensation:
- Rs.5,000 fixed base/month
- 5% flat commission on total monthly sales - no slab, no cap
- Sales milestone bonus: Rs.1,000 to Rs.10,000 additional based on monthly sales value
- Order volume bonus: Rs.1,000 to Rs.6,000 additional based on number of orders closed
- Strong month example: Rs.2L in sales + 100 orders = Rs.24,500+ total earnings
Requirements:
- 1-2 years in sales, telesales - D2C or e-commerce preferred
- Strong communication in English and Hindi
- Comfortable on WhatsApp and phone calls for customer outreach
- CRM experience preferred
- Based in Bangalore
