About the Role
Easseberry Professional is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Assistant to expand our salon network and drive sales. The role involves daily field visits, generating new leads, building relationships with salon owners, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit 15–20 salons daily within the assigned territory.
- Generate new business leads through field visits and referrals.
- Introduce and promote Easseberry's professional salon products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and professionals.
- Convert leads into customers and generate repeat orders.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain customer records.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients regularly.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel locally for daily field visits.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp.
- Graduate preferred; prior sales experience in cosmetics, salon products, or FMCG is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 (based on experience)
