Position: General Manager (GM)

Job Purpose:
To oversee overall business operations, strategic growth, profitability, risk management, compliance, and performance of the NBFC by effectively managing departments and ensuring achievement of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company growth and profitability targets.
- Manage overall operations including branches, business development, collections, credit, audit, and administration.
- Monitor regional and branch-wise performance and provide strategic guidance.
- Ensure achievement of loan disbursement, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.
- Maintain portfolio quality by monitoring overdue, recovery, and NPA control.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Oversee credit operations, risk assessment, and lending practices.
- Review MIS reports, financial performance, and operational metrics.
- Lead and motivate senior management teams and branch leadership.
- Establish operational processes for improving efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with Directors/Management for business planning and decision-making.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion plans.
- Ensure effective customer service and customer retention strategies.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and implement corrective actions.
- Manage audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of key employees.

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services industry.
- Proven experience in handling business operations and senior teams.
