Job Summary:
The Collection Officer is responsible for ensuring timely collection of loan EMIs, reducing delinquency, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned collection targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect overdue EMIs through field visits and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure timely repayments.
- Resolve customer queries related to loan repayment and collections.
- Negotiate repayment plans with delinquent customers when required.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Ensure proper documentation of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Update collection status in the company's system on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Credit team for recovery of overdue accounts.
- Identify and report potential default or fraud cases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines during collection activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, or field operations (NBFC/BFSI preferred).
- Freshers are also welcome
Location: Begun, Pratapgarh, Bhim, Chittorgarh, Gangapur, Beawar, Choti Sadri, Gola Ka Bas, Thanagazi, Bandikui, Dausa
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
