About the Role
4PM News Networks Ltd. is looking for an HR Manager to drive recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a high-performing team and fostering a positive work culture in a fast-paced media environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for various positions.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and provide HR guidance.
- Assist leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred
- Experience in media, digital content, news, or startup environments.
- Strong hiring and stakeholder management skills.
