We are seeking a creative, highly skilled, and forward-thinking Senior Video Editor to lead our post-production efforts and elevate our visual content. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing complex visual stories to life - combining cinematic video editing, advanced motion graphics, and 3D visual effects.
As a tech-conscious team, we highly value adaptability and innovation. The ideal candidate not only masters traditional editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Blender, but actively leverages AI-driven tools and workflows to streamline production and push creative boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Post-Production Leadership: Take full ownership of video projects from raw footage to final delivery, ensuring top-tier visual storytelling, pacing, color grading, and sound design.
- Motion Graphics & 3D Integration: Design fluid motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and 3D visual elements using After Effects and Blender to enhance video production value.
- AI Tool Integration: Actively experiment with and implement generative AI tools (video generation, generative fill, AI voiceovers, automated rotoscoping, upscaling, script assistance) into daily workflows to increase output speed and creative capability.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets adhere strictly to brand guidelines, style guides, and platform-specific formats (YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, TV/Commercial).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative directors, copywriters, and marketing teams to turn briefs into compelling visual narratives.
- Project Management: Manage multi-project timelines, organize shot libraries, curate music/SFX, and mentor junior editors or freelancers where needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5+ years of professional video editing and post-production experience (agency, brand, or studio environment preferred).
- Adobe Creative Suite Master: Expert-level mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- 3D Generalist Capability: Working knowledge or proficiency in Blender (3D modeling, lighting, camera tracking, and motion graphics integration).
- AI Adaptability: Proven familiarity with AI-assisted video and creative platforms (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Sensei/Firefly, Topaz Video AI, ElevenLabs, Sora/Luma, or similar toolsets).
- Technical Sound & Color Skills: Solid understanding of audio polishing (Premiere Audition/Essential Sound) and color correction/grading (Lumetri Color / DaVinci Resolve).
- Portfolio/Showreel: A strong portfolio showcasing high-end commercial, corporate, or promotional video editing with motion graphics and 3D integration.
Bonus / Added Advantages
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for advanced color grading.
- Knowledge of additional 3D or VFX software (Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, or Unreal Editor).
- Experience with camera operation, lighting setups, or live-action directing.
- Knowledge of scripting/expressions in After Effects (ExtendScript / JavaScript).
