Job Summary
The Logistics Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods into and out of the warehouse by coordinating with transporters, courier partners, suppliers, customers, and internal teams. The role involves planning shipments, maintaining logistics records, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of materials while minimizing delays and logistics costs.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Logistics
- Coordinate daily dispatches as per sales orders and customer requirements.
- Arrange transportation through approved logistics partners.
- Prepare dispatch schedules and ensure timely shipment of goods.
- Verify packing lists, invoices, e-way bills, and shipping documents before dispatch.
- Track shipments until successful delivery.
- Resolve transit-related issues with transporters.
Inbound Logistics
- Coordinate incoming shipments from suppliers and vendors.
- Schedule unloading and receipt of materials.
- Ensure all incoming materials are accompanied by the required documentation.
- Ensure timely unloading and storage.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding delayed shipments.
- Maintain records of expected and received consignments.
Logistics Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics service providers.
- Build and maintain relationships with courier companies and transporters.
- Obtain freight quotations and compare logistics costs.
- Negotiate transportation schedules whenever required.
- Escalate shipment delays and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure timely Proof of Delivery (POD) collection.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain accurate records including:
- Dispatch Register
- Inward Material Register
- Transport Register
- Courier Register
- Vehicle Dispatch Log
- Shipment Tracking Report
- Proof of Delivery (POD) Records
- E-way Bill Register
- Freight Cost Register
Ensure all logistics documents are properly filed and easily retrievable.
Inventory Support
- Coordinate physical movement of inventory.
- Ensure stock movement is updated after dispatch and receipt.
- Report discrepancies immediately.
- Assist during stock audits.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, dispatch, or supply chain coordination.
- Freshers with strong organizational skills may also be considered for junior roles.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
