Vartika Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is a premier manufacturer specializing in bulk pharmaceuticals and specialty injectable molecules. We are seeking an ambitious and articulate Corporate Sales & Institutional Accounts Executive to join our bulk distribution and B2B marketing division.
This role is highly relationship-driven and requires consistent field travel to engage with corporate clients, manufacturing plants, large healthcare networks, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and secure bulk orders for our product ranges from corporate pharmaceutical buyers and formulation companies.
- Institutional Field Visits: Regularly travel to meet with purchase heads, procurement managers, and institutional distributors across assigned industrial and corporate territories.
- Account Management: Manage high-value corporate accounts, ensuring smooth communication and securing consistent repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Track market pricing fluctuations and identify high-demand trends to help optimize company sales strategy.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduation in any stream / Any Degree.
- Field & Travel Openness: High comfort level with routine field travel, industrial site visits, and outdoor business meetings.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate marketing, or general relationship management. (Motivated freshers with exceptional communication skills will also be considered).
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle client negotiations and build long-term corporate relationships.
- Communication: Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
