Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls from domestic customers. Provide accurate information about the company's products and services. Follow up with leads and existing customers. Maintain customer data and update records in Excel or CRM software. Handle email communication and documentation. Coordinate with sales and other departments for smooth operations. Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required. Prepare daily call reports and MIS reports.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
