Detail The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with farmers, distributors, research partners, Agri- institutions, and corporate clients. The role focuses on understanding client needs related to crop genetics, seeds, biotechnology solutions, and agricultural services, while ensuring excellent service delivery and long-term partnerships. The position acts as a bridge between technical teams and clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, Agri- dealers, distributors, and institutional clients Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support Understand client requirements related to seeds, crop genetics, biotechnology, or Agri solutions Coordinate with R&D, production, sales, and field teams for smooth execution Handle client queries, technical concerns, and service issues efficiently Collect field feedback and market insights for product improvement Support client onboarding, contract management, and renewals Prepare client reports, field visit summaries, and performance updates Identify opportunities for product adoption, upselling, and cross-selling Ensure compliance with agricultural standards and company policies
