Tek-Mark Ads is looking for an experienced Field Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new business and bring work orders in the print, branding, and signage industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Visit businesses, offices, retail stores, builders, educational institutions, hospitals, hotels, and commercial establishments.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed work orders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the office team for quotations, order processing, and project execution.
- Follow up with prospective clients and develop new business opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience in the print, signage, advertising, or branding industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of print media, banners, signages, branding materials, and related products is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate and close business independently.
- Own smartphone is required.
- Two-wheeler and local market knowledge preferred.
Compensation
- 8%–9% commission on billed work orders.
- Commission will be calculated on the final invoice value (excluding GST).
- Unlimited earning potential with no upper limit.
- No fixed salary; this is a performance-based opportunity for motivated sales professionals.
