WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in Digital Marketing services sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in digital marketing services.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively.
- Communicate with international and domestic clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Confidently present company services and convert prospects into clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales (Digital Marketing industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confidence in lead conversion and client handling.
- Experience with lead generation platforms and CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling international clients.
- Knowledge of proposal writing and sales strategies.
