Description
CPT (260300090), DSC IN is a support team having its scope supporting users across various internation markets including India, Australia, Southern African & Middle East English speaking markets together with some of the South & West Asian countries. Support setup is 24x5 and it starts from Sunday 10PM to Friday 11PM which includes Morning, Afternoon and Night shift on weekly rotational basis. Expectation is to work mostly from office. Supporting dealers across the markets involves business critical solutions under Sales and After Sales domain. Knowledge in ITSM tool like Service NOW, SQL, is good to have, PowerBI knowledge can be a plus.
0.5-2 years of working experience, Proficient in English speaking/writing skills, flexible to work in 24x5 shifts, self-learner, Stakeholder Management skills, working experience with global stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
1. To maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs , resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) /new developments based on business/ client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.
2. To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
3. To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements
4. To provide technical guidance to junior developers
5. To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
