We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various platforms.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
