Key Responsibilities1. Inward Inspection (Incoming QC)
- Material Verification: Verify incoming raw materials, bought-out components, and sub-assemblies against purchase orders, delivery challans, and supplier specifications.
- Dimensional Checks: Perform physical and dimensional measurements using precision instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
- Documentation Review: Review Supplier Test Certificates (MTC), Material Test Reports, and Certificates of Analysis to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Defect Handling: Isolate, tag, and log non-conforming (defective) materials to prevent them from entering the production line, and prepare rejection/RTV (Return to Vendor) reports.
2. Outward Inspection (Outgoing QC/Dispatch)
- Final Inspection: Inspect finished goods before packaging to ensure they meet customer requirements and manufacturing drawings.
- Packing Verification: Ensure products are packed securely according to shipping standards to prevent transit damage.
- Dispatch Documentation: Generate and compile shipping documents, including Packing Lists, Inspection Reports, and final Quality Clearance Certificates.
3. Quality Documentation
- Report Generation: Log daily inspection results in standard formats and maintain traceable filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Data Entry: Update and maintain documentation for Quality Plans (QAP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Audit Support: Ensure all paperwork is ready and easily retrievable for internal/external quality audits (e.g., ISO certifications).
Essential Skills to Highlight
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to clearly interpret and read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Measurement Tools: Basic understanding of metrology and hands-on experience with gauges and calipers.
- Computer Literacy: Good working knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel, for reporting and data tracking.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and strong communication skills
- Rotational Shif: Ready to work in rotational shift
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
