The candidate should be confident in speaking with business owners, HR managers, schools, hospitals, real estate companies, and other organizations.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Generate qualified business leads.
- Explain software features and benefits.
- Schedule product demos and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Maintain lead records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
- Convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent Tamil communication.
- Basic English communication.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to speak with business owners and decision-makers.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Email, and Excel.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma / HSC
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
