Job Description
In charge of the full after-sales Process management for the motorcycle chain system aftermarket in the India region, undertake the self-owned brand's global strategy, build an after-sales service system adapted to the local conditions in India, maintain brand reputation and customer loyalty, increase the self-owned brand's Market Share in the India region, and report to the General Manager of the Business Division.
Job Responsibilities
1. Establish a localized after-sales system in India, formulate service standards, procedures and emergency response plans, build a service network covering authorized service stations and parts supply centers, optimize the layout of outlets in urban and rural areas, and ensure the efficient delivery of after-sales services.
2. Maintain the after-sales business of key accounts in the regional territory, establish an exclusive service mechanism for key customers, handle customer complaints and product failures, carry out after-sales Satisfaction Survey, and continuously optimize customer service experience.
3. Build and manage the local after-sales team in India, enhance the team's professional capabilities, and forge a high-performance after-sales workforce.
4. Be familiar with local laws and regulations of India, BIS product certification and trade policies to ensure the compliant operation of after-sales business.
Job Requirements
1. Indian native with relevant industry resources, bachelor's degree or above; candidates majoring in international trade, mechanical engineering, motorcycle maintenance, supply chain management or other related fields are preferred, and those holding PMP, after-sales / mechanical maintenance related qualification certificates are also preferred.
2. Have 1-3 years of relevant after-sales management experience in related industries; experience in after-sales management of chain drives, motorcycles, auto parts, and construction machinery is preferred; experience in building local after-sales teams, developing service station/parts supplier channels, and implementing after-sales systems from scratch is preferred.
3. In-depth understanding of the policies, logistics, consumption habits and cultural taboos of the Indian market, and priority will be given to those with experience in handling after-sales emergencies such as accessory supply, special climate and policy changes.
4. Fluent in local language and English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
5. Proven expertise in business negotiation, cross-cultural communication and stress tolerance, result-oriented, capable of adapting to frequent business trips for business discussions and quickly acclimatizing to the complex market environment in India.
Pay: ₹9,003.70 - ₹32,413.38 per month
