We are looking for a highly capable Visual Designer & Social Media Growth Specialist who can create compelling visual content, manage social media channels, drive audience engagement, and take ownership of performance outcomes.

Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and execution-focused professional who can transform ideas, events, programs, products, and community initiatives into engaging visual and social media content.
The candidate will own the end-to-end content lifecycle—from planning and design to publishing, performance tracking, and optimization.
This is not simply a graphic design role. We are looking for someone who understands branding, storytelling, audience engagement, analytics, and growth.
Responsibilities Visual Design
- Create high-quality social media creatives, carousels, banners, posters, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Design content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, websites, and email campaigns.
- Develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Create event promotions, speaker announcements, workshop creatives, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts.
- Create and execute weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
- Write engaging captions and optimize content for each platform.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely content delivery.
Community & Audience Growth
- Drive audience growth across social media channels.
- Improve engagement rates through content optimization.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Performance Tracking & Accountability
- Track and analyze performance metrics including:
- Reach

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
