We are seeking a dedicated Mid-Level Support Engineer with primary skills in .NET application support. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn PowerShell scripting and Managed File Transfer (MFT).
Responsibilities:
.NET Application Support Developer:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for .NET applications.

Make Enhancements to .NET Applications based on prioritized business requirements.

Resolve application issues, in collaboration with technical teams.

Monitor application performance and ensure reliability and scalability.

Assist in the deployment and configuration of .NET applications.
PowerShell Scripting:
-
Willingness to learn and develop skills in PowerShell scripting.

Automate routine tasks and improve efficiency through scripting.
-
Create and maintain documentation for scripts and automated processes.
Managed File Transfer (MFT):
-
Willingness to learn and take up responsibilities in MFT.

Support the design and implementation of MFT solutions as needed.

Monitor and troubleshoot MFT processes to ensure data integrity and timely delivery.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving .NET application issues.

Basic understanding of scripting and automation concepts.

Willingness to learn PowerShell scripting and MFT.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with PowerShell scripting.

Familiarity with MFT solutions.

Experience working in a remote environment.

Certification in .NET or related areas.

Location: Bangalore, Work from Quadwave Office Only
Working Hours: 1PM to 10PM UK-time (Note that UK time changes during summer.)
