Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (IT Pre-Sales) to generate leads, identify business opportunities, and support the sales pipeline for software development and digital transformation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Research potential clients and identify business opportunities.
- Initiate conversations with prospects and schedule discovery meetings.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and capability documents.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Follow up with leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in IT services sales or lead generation.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of software development services.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech in Computer Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in international client handling.
- Knowledge of mobile apps, web development, AI, and cloud services.
