Job Title: Survey Executive

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience, language proficiency, and communication skills)
Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM,
Weekly Off: Rotational Off
Job Summary
We are looking for Telecallers to conduct telephonic surveys and collect responses from participants. This is a remote role suitable for candidates with strong communication skills and fluency in at least one North-East regional language or Nepali. Candidates must have the necessary infrastructure to perform their responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound survey calls to respondents.
- Ask survey questions as per the provided script and guidelines.
- Accurately record and update survey responses.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy during all interactions.
- Complete a minimum of 15 survey forms per day.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently.
Language Requirement
Candidates must be fluent in at least one of the following languages:
- Nepali
- Manipuri (Meitei)
- Khasi
- Garo
- Mizo
- Bodo
- Kokborok
- Naga Languages (Ao, Angami, Sumi, Lotha, etc.)
- Lepcha
- Other North-East regional languages
Knowledge of Hindi and/or English will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
Experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Survey Process, BPO, Call Centre, or Voice Process will be an advantage. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
