About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Project / Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, lead critical cross-functional projects, and drive process improvements across the organization. In this hybrid role, you will bridge strategic planning and tactical execution—ensuring projects deliver on time and within scope while optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Plan, schedule, and execute complex projects from initiation through closure using structured project management frameworks.
- Operations Oversight: Monitor daily operations, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Resource Management: Allocate team members, tools, and budget efficiently to maximize operational output and maintain project health.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with department heads (engineering, marketing, product, customer success) to ensure strategic alignment and seamless handoffs.
- Risk & Quality Control: Identify operational risks early, develop mitigation plans, and enforce quality assurance standards across all deliverables.
- Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, presenting regular progress reports to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of combined experience in project management, operations management, or program management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Tool Proficiency: Mastery of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and data/reporting platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Process Design: Proven track record of developing SOPs, mapping workflows, and scaling operational processes.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification such as PMP, CAPM, CSM, or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
- Hands-on experience working in agile, fast-paced, or high-growth environments.
