Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
- Agronomy knowledge or agriculture-related education will be an advantage.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Training, Sales Excellence, QA, or Learning & Development.
- Prior experience in Agrochemicals, Crop Protection, Seeds, Fertilizers, or Agri Inputs industry.
- Experience in telesales, B2B, B2C, channel sales, or field sales training preferred.
- Proven experience in coaching sales teams and conducting training programs.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
