About the Role KAS Mentor is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and own our complete marketing ecosystem. In this role, you will manage paid performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube, drive brand strategy, oversee community growth, and manage vendor relationships.
You will work directly with the Business Head and coordinate with our internal Media Team for content production and organic activities. This is a high-ownership role where your decisions directly impact lead volume, admission growth, and overall marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize all paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Performance Tracking: Own monthly lead targets, Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and budget utilization.
- Funnel Analysis: Analyze the full marketing funnel from ad impression down to final admission to identify and fix drop-off points.
- Strategy & Planning: Build and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including annual, quarterly, and monthly campaign calendars.
- Content Coordination: Coordinate with the external media team to provide creative briefs, manage content approvals, and align publishing schedules.
- Community & Vendor Management: Oversee community growth across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Telegram. Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and tech providers.
- Data Analytics: Set up and manage tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Conversion API, and UTM parameters. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Sales Team to align on lead quality, feedback loops, and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on marketing experience, with at least 2 years of independently running paid campaigns.
- Budget Management: Proven track record of successfully managing ₹5L+ monthly ad budgets on Meta and/or Google Ads.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Tools: Experience working with CRM tools and structured lead management workflows.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to read campaign data, identify trends, and implement fast corrective actions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for briefs, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the education, ed-tech, or coaching/training institute sector.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Search Console, and content-led growth.
- Working knowledge of landing page tools (such as Unbounce, Webflow, or similar).
- Experience managing large-scale WhatsApp or Telegram communities.
- Basic understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
