Sales Executive – Interior Design (0–3 Years Experience)
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to help expand our client
- base and convert inquiries into confirmed projects. The candidate must
- be confident, customer-focused, and passionate about interiors.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads and follow up proactively
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable design solutions
- Conduct client visits, site inspections, meetings, and presentations
- Coordinate between clients and the design team
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records, client database, and sales reports
- Represent the brand at events or promotional activities
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of sales experience (interiors or real estate preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and presentable
- Basic knowledge of interiors is an added advantage
- Saturday & Sunday is a compulsory working
Salary : Upto 3 LPA + Incentives
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
