Job description:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Track shipments and provide real-time delivery updates.
- Resolve customer complaints related to delays, damaged goods, missing shipments, or delivery issues.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Process customer orders, shipment bookings, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and shipment documentation.
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate departments and follow up until resolution.
- Inform customers about company services, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and customer satisfaction goals.
- Prepare customer service reports and maintain performance records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, or supply chain (depending on the role).
- Knowledge of shipment tracking systems and logistics documentation is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
