Role Summary
We are seeking a Legal Counsel to manage commercial contracts and support trademark/IP activities for pharmaceutical clients. The role involves end-to-end contract lifecycle management, trademark prosecution, IP portfolio support, and ensuring legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including:
- NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements)
- SDA (Supply Agreements)
- Distribution Agreements
- Quality Agreements
- Service Agreements
- MSA/MPA and other commercial contracts
- Handle contract lifecycle management from drafting to execution and renewal.
- Manage e-signature platforms such as Adobe eSign and SignNow.
- Maintain contract repositories, trackers, and compliance records.
- Conduct trademark searches, filings, renewals, assignments, and prosecution activities.
- Support IP portfolio management and coordinate with external attorneys and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Enrolled Advocate with valid Bar Council registration.
- AIBE Cleared (Certificate of Practice).
- Registered Trademark Agent (preferred).
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in commercial contract management and legal drafting.
- Experience with NDAs, SDAs, Distribution, Quality, Service, MSA/MPA, and related agreements.
- Exposure to trademarks and intellectual property matters is preferred.
- Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
