Location: In-house, Vesu
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Week Off: One weekday off (Saturday and Sunday are working days due to high client walk-ins)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BDM (Sales) to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for explaining our various photography packages to potential clients, making calls to qualified leads, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role is crucial in driving our business growth by converting leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their photography needs and preferences.
- Package Explanation: Clearly explain the details of our photography packages, including maternity, newborn, kids, event, and wedding photography.
- Lead Management: Make calls to qualified leads to introduce our services, answer queries, and schedule studio visits or consultations.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients to convert leads into bookings.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience and encourage repeat business.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the photography and marketing teams to ensure cohesive client communication and service delivery.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the service based industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Language : Proficiency in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
