Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller who can communicate effectively with prospective students, generate branch visits, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Call fresh and existing leads provided by the company.
- Explain Emperor Bulls courses, fees, and benefits to prospective students.
- Schedule demo classes and branch visits.
- Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations in the CRM/Google Sheets.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Handle customer objections professionally.
- Coordinate with counselors and branch managers for student follow-ups.
- Ensure timely updates of lead status after every interaction.
Daily KPIs
- Minimum 100 outbound calls per day.
- Minimum 20 meaningful conversations.
- Minimum 8–10 follow-ups with interested leads.
- Minimum 5 branch visit/demo bookings per day.
- Consistent CRM/Lead Sheet updates.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi (English is an added advantage).
- Confident speaking and convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Excel, CRM).
- Good listening and objection-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Graduate preferred.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, education counseling, or customer support is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
