ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in Robot Operating & Programming
- Working knowledge of welding robots like:
- IGM
- Cloos
- FANUC
- Knowledge of TCP & Calibration
- Feed parts to robotic welding systems
- Monitor and correct welding defects such as:
- Cold lap
- Porosity
- Undercut
- Perform daily robot maintenance and troubleshooting
- Complete welding processes as per production standards
- Ensure welding quality and productivity targets are achieved
Technical Competencies
- Robot operating, teaching & correction experience
- TCP & Calibration knowledge
- Engineering drawing reading ability
- Welding process knowledge
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- MS Office knowledge
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates from Heavy Construction Equipment or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
